Surgery

Your pets’ health, comfort, and safety is our number one priority. We take pride in our anesthetic knowledge, pain management protocols, and state of the art updated surgical equipment to provide your pet with the best experience possible. We also offer and recommend pre-anesthetic bloodwork for your pet to make sure blood levels are normal and your pet is healthy for surgery.

Dental

Did you know that improper oral care in your pet can lead to dental disease? Dental Disease is the #1 disease in pets and can affect heart, kidney, and lung functions. Good dental care not only helps with preventing diseases and bad breath, it can also increase your pets life span!

Orthopedic Surgery

We now offer orthopedic surgery!! We surgically treat Cranial Cruciate Ligament Ruptures (CCL) and Luxating Patella.

Adult/ Senior Wellness Panels

We offer adult-senior canine and feline preventative health plans. Early detection for disease is the key to having your pets with you longer. Our preventative health packages give you that ability! They can detect diabetes, early stages of cancer, bladder disease, liver and kidney disease and more. Senior wellness exams are very important in older patients because it could save and prolong your pet’s life by detecting something early instead of only finding the problem when it becomes more serious.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations for your pets are very important because they prevent many illnesses. It’s important for your pets to start vaccines at a young age because they, like human infants, have a weak immunity system. These shots help prevent and fight diseases. It’s also important for your adult and senior pets to continue to get their yearly vaccines to keep their immune system healthy as they continue to grow.

Preventative Medicine

Prevention is a healthier, less expensive way to keep your pet safe against heartworms, fleas, ticks, and many more parasites they can come in contact with! Keeping your pet on a full-year preventative plan will help give you peace of mind that they are protected from parasites all year long. We have many different preventative options for your pets from 1 month chewable tablets to a year long injection, and together we can find the best prevention for your pet!!

K-Laser Therapy

Laser Therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near-infrared) to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal.

The effects of laser energy include improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation and decreased swelling.

Benefits of K-Laser Therapy For Your Pet
Class IV K-Laser Therapy is an FDA cleared therapeutic treatment that manages pain and inflammation while accelerating tissue regeneration. Laser energy increases circulation, drawing water, oxygen, and nutrients to the damaged area.

This creates an optimal healing environment that reduces inflammation, swelling, muscle spasm, stiffness and pain.

Radiographs

With our up to date equipment, we want to make sure we get the most accurate reading for your pets health! Taking radiographs help our veterinarians get clear views of your pets bones, tissues, and internal organs so they can diagnose issues such as broken bones, bladder stones, and even swallowed foreign objects. Radiograph images can also show some tumors and enlarged organs that can lead to heart disease or cancer.

Ultrasound

Our state of the art in-house ultrasound machine allows our vets to examine your pets internal organs in precise detail. The ultrasound then permits our veterinarians to locate, assess, and diagnose pregnancy, tumors, blockages, or other internal events.

Microchipping

Every year, thousands and thousands of pets go missing. Not knowing where your pet is or how to bring them back can be a helpless, hopeless feeling. It’s a tragedy that happens all too often. But there is a simple, safe, and effective way to ensure your pet’s safety and retrieval should they ever become lost. Microchipping is a standard procedure that implants a tiny chip underneath your pet’s fur. It is a painless and relatively fast procedure, and is completely safe. This microchip is registered with your pet’s vital information, and can be scanned by any veterinarian or animal shelter so that they can return your pet directly to you.

Nutritional Counseling

Obesity is a common problem among pets, as it can be easy to over-feed a pet that knows how to beg. But being overweight is a serious problem for animals, and can cause real health problems as they get older. With proper diet and exercise, all pets should be able to meet their dietary needs and be within a healthy weight range.

Pets’ nutritional needs change as they enter different stages of their lives. The best way to make sure your pet’s needs are being met is to consult with us about a diet made specifically for his or her lifestyle.

Boarding

We offer boarding for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. Our state of the art boarding facility offers rooms with automatic waters to provide fresh water at all times. Each room has a glass front wall to enable each pet to watch TV and each room has a bed to offer relaxation. Our goal is to alleviate anxiety and provide an environment that is a home away from home. Our separate cat boarding area offers individual glass front cat condos. Our exotic boarders will enjoy a quiet relaxed area where they will feel safe and relaxed.
